Lisa Kimani is a partner in the corporate, commercial and real estate department of the firm. She has experience and interest in corporate law, general commercial matters and real estate.
She has additional experience in mergers and acquisitions having participated as an advisor and team member in the acquisition of various local companies by foreign based entities.
Biography
She is a trusted professional in corporate, regulatory and property due diligence in the mergers and acquisitions field. She has also acquired experience in the conferment of legal interest in property to clients where she guides clients in negotiating the terms of sale, lease and licence agreements and provides clients with clear guidance throughout the property acquisition/disposal process.
Lisa is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Strathmore University and a Post graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
